Will Primolut-n Tablet Effect Pregnancy?

I had my last period cycle on 22 Sept 11 (usually I have irregular periods). I had 1 primolut-n tablet on 31 Oct 11 and 1(one) on 1 Nov 11 to postpone my periods.

I have done pregency test on 17 nov 11 and found that I pregnent ( 8 weeks completed). And baby's heart beat is also good. Will I have adverse effect because of taking the tablet?

Please suggest me whether I can continue my pregnancy
