OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

PCOD is an endocrine disorder may cause menstrual irregularities.

You can have a healthy and nutritious diet with lots of vegetables and fruits and drink a lot of warm water and exercise regularly.

As such, there is no permanent treatment of PCOD.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
