Will Nicotine Or Marijuana Show Up In The Blood Test?

Hi i have a blood test due tomorrow and i admit iv done some weed for the past few weeks and im a regular smoker, my uncle has been admitted in hospital and the doctor wants a blood test for the family to see if his low placlets are genetic. will nicotine and marajuana show up in my blood count?

There is definite risk of testing positive for cannabis as it is routinely included for urine as well as blood tests. Although nicotine is not included as standard test but there is risk of getting positive result provided they include in test battery.

In regard to risk of getting tested positive I like to inform you that if you smoke today you can be tested positive for next three days on blood as well as urine tests. If you are using it on regular basis you may get tested positive for next two weeks.
