Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. Acne vulgaris is an age related, hormone mediated chronic condition which can recur till you are around 26 years of age. Once your active pimples have disappeared, you should use maintenance treatment like topical benzoyl peroxide / adapelene combination for 6-8 months. You may require topical antibiotics also on and off depending on the type of pimples you get. You could use a face wash containing 2% salicylic acid to prevent blackheads and whiteheads. Eat a healthy diet and drink lots of water. There is no fairness cream as such which lots of companies claim. Use a good sunscreen , preferably a gel based one every 4 hours even while indoors to prevent face from darkening. Hope this helps you. Take care.
