I am 21 years oldI have quit smoking from the past 20 days will my doctor come to know about my smoking my doctor has asked me for a xray after blood came whenever i spitted. will my doctor come to know that i was a smoker as i have stopped smoking from the past 20 days? please ans as fast as possible.

Yes smoking can leave tell-tale marks on the chest Xray! But in any case there's no point in hiding the truth. The doctor does not lose anything at all.
