I have alot of pain in my knees and hands from arthritis. Can t take NSAIDS because of heart disease and am on Xarelto and Baby Aspirin. Afraid to take narcotics. Would this Neurocet help my pain? Is it approved by the FDA? My life is a wreck because of the pain.
