Will including honey in daily diet keep one fit and healthy ?

i m 34 yr, 45 kg, single, 32-30-33, hemoglobin which is 10.4 gm/dl T3 2.89, T4 10.63, TSH 1.22 , rbs 80 apart from other food, is it advisable to that i may include honey in my diet , currently my taking a teaspoon daily, will this keep me fit, healthy and in perfect shape.

Thanks for query,
in alopathy honey has not much value.It contains simply sugar only.
So taking honey has not much help keeping health fine.

your hemoglobuin is low. please take green vegetables and fruit juice. rest is fine
