Will I Pass Drug Test Despite Quitting Marijuana 118 Days Back?

Hello! I used to be a heavy user of marajuana, smoked about 3 times a day for roughly around a year. Maybe used marajuana on and off for about 4 years prior to that. But I quit and it has been 118 days now. I have a drug test for a government correctional officer job and was wondering if I d be able to pass a urine test? I m 5 9 and weigh 180! Thank you!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you have been off Marijuana for almost 3 months, the drug will not show up on your saliva, urine and blood tests. However, your hair test will be positive for consumption before the last 4 months. You will pass the urine test.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vakul Aren, General & Family Physician
