Will I Change Onglyza Medicine As It Is Not Reducing Blood Sugar?
My doctor just prescribed me to onglyza because glyburide was bringing my blood sugars way too low. This is my second day taking it and I woke up with a blood sugar level of 189 which is way too high. Can it take some time for your body to actually get used to the medicine and for it to take effect? Or should I have the medicine changed again

Kindly recheck your blood sugar after 1-2 weeks. Since your body might take time to get adjusted to a new medicine for diabetes, it is generally advised to recheck the blood sugar 1-2 weeks after starting a new drug.
