Hi Kiran,

Welcome to HCM.
Well since the blood clot in the brain has resolved completely, you have nothing to worry. It is normal for blood clot to be gradually reabsorbed leaving behind no neurological deficit.
More over the clot as you mentioned was very small, so you can rest assured that it will not cause you any further problem. Forget the incident and enjoy life to the fullest.

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Rajesh Lakhanpaul's  Response
The first thing to be ascertained is if clot is resolved or is impacted somewhere. If clot is resolved then absolutely nothing to worry. If it still exists and has a chance to be dislodged then it can cause problem.
