Well since the blood clot in the brain has resolved completely, you have nothing to worry. It is normal for blood clot to be gradually reabsorbed leaving behind no neurological deficit.

The first thing to be ascertained is if clot is resolved or is impacted somewhere. If clot is resolved then absolutely nothing to worry. If it still exists and has a chance to be dislodged then it can cause problem.
