my age 24. i am trying to conceive for 6 months.last 2 to 3 months i got irregular period. doctor prescribed thyroid test.two months before i took blood test.i got thyroid. the TSH level is 7.17 and another T3 and T4 are normal.doctor prescribed Thyronorm 25mcg.How long time it takes to control the TSH level to get pregnant.i want to go next check up after 15 days.any side effects for pregnancy or how much time it takes o get pregnant.plzzz reply me

well you are diagnosed with hypothyroidism...
hypothyroidism can cause difficulties in pregnancy but getting euthyroid by taking medications before pregnancy helps a lot and decreases the risk for many folds....
the time taken to control the TSH levels depends entirely on the patient and it can be assessed by checking the levels on a regular interval...
so dont be worried....
the drugs will be effective....just keep getting checked by your doctor regularly...

and hopefully you will have a happy motherhood....
