Heavy lifting is associated with a very small increased risk of preterm labour and of having small size baby compared to pregnant women who don't do heavy lifting during pregnancy. ( The increased risk is less than 1%).
What is very important is that Since your blood pressure is high and you have headache you should see your obstetrician NOW. Your blood pressure needs to be monitored. You need urine and blood tests to decide further plan of management. You should have fetal ultrasound if it was not done within the last two weeks.

Please keep me updated about your health. If you have any further queries I will be happy to answer them.
