Is this a good idea? What should I do? Also when it throbs, it throbs inside the heel, outside,m and on the bridge of my foot.

I was playing raquetball and jumped up to hit a ball. When I landed, I landed just fine on both feet. There was no twisting or anything, but as I landed, I immediately felt some pain in both of my ankles. Today when I woke up, I was having difficulty moving around and walking, because I realized both of my ankles hurt when I do. It is not unbearable, but I m wondering if I could ve sprained my ankles without ever twisting them? If not, what could be causing the pain.

My husband has a wound on his ankle that won t heal. We believe he got into some poison sumac recently while hunting. He has been to two doctors and both administered antibiotics but neither could diagnose it. He is going on two weeks on the antibiotics and the wound is not healing. Is there a better medication to treat a large open wound possibly from poison sumac? Thank you.
