Will Having Sex One Day Prior To Menstrual Cycle Cause Pain During Periods ?
Can you plz help me as my stomach is having lot of pain & today is 2nd day of my period. Is it problematic to do sexual intercourse 1 day before the menstrual date ? Please let me know the needful.Thanks

Its not problematic to have intercourse 1 day before the menstrual date. Spasmodic pain ( Spasmodic dysmenorrhea ) is quite common during menstruation in young girls. When you expect menstruation you can start taking pain killers like Mefenamic acid and dicyclomine combination twice a day or similar drugs till menstruation is over. It will not only relieve pain but also reduce bleeding during periods. Take care.
