Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

Due to your Rh +ve blood groop, after fertilization the fetus can also have Rh+ve blood.

These fetal RBCs can enter her mother blood circulation through placenta, where these will be treated as foreign body because of mother's Rh-ve blood group.

Antibodies will appear in mothers circulation. These antibodies on reaching back in fetus, will destroy fetal RBCs. Bilirubin will be formed and appear as Jaundice. Bilirubin level can be dangerously high.

Rh incompatibility is preventable with the use of RhoGAM.

It will be better to marry with Rh+ve girl. But if you marry with Rh-ve girl, should tell about this to your doctor just after getting pregnant.
