hi..thanks for writing..i have understood your concerns.. gonadil f capsules are herbal remedy for erectile dysfunction..here you have described that you have early ejaculation that is within 10 to 20 seconds.. so, in my opinion, you wont get any beneficial effects from gonadil f capsule. you can take it but you shudnt expect that it will help you.. ejaculation can be delayed by behavioral techniques and by drugs.. behavioral techniques are: squeeze, stop-start methods and other interruption method..you can read them from the internet..you have to practice them daily and effects you will find after some time but they are long lasting..your partner can help in practicing it.. SSRI antidepressant drugs produce delayed ejaculation as a side effect, and therefore they most commonly used for treatment of premature ejaculation.. there is another drug also that you have to take one hour before sex.. in my opinion, you shud consult a psychiatrist or sexologist and go through sex counselling..follow the advice, take drugs only after prescribed by psychiatrist..drugs have side effects so dont take on your own... i hope this advice will be helpful to you...best of luck...
