Will getting a treatment for endometriosis and cystic ovaries affect fertility?

I had a 70 mm chocolate cyst on my left ovary ...and I removed it by laparoscopy 3 months ago .. should i receive any medical treatment for endometriosis after the surgery ? ..will it affect my fertility in the future ? ..knowing that i'm 26 year old single female

No. I don't think that treatment for endometriosis or cystic ovary will affect your fertility but it can increase your fertility in the long run.
