Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

You can do all the aerobic exercises like swimming, skipping rope, jogging.
You can also play tennis, golf etc.

You should avoid lifting heavy weight, straining etc. As these may increase your blood pressure.
You have to start the exercise with low intensity for few weeks and then increase the exercise accordingly.
What ever the exercise may be, you should stop doing exercise when you feel any chest tightness, difficulty breathing, Giddiness and fatigue.
Take plenty of water before and after exercise.
Do not take food immediately after and before exercise.
Exercise regularly and eat healthy food.
Have a regular check up and follow up with your cardiologist.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
