Will Cyst In Ovaries Could Give A Negative Reading Of Pregnancy?
i havent had a monthly since the 14th of feb. i have all the signs of pregnancy, went to the dr and had a bllod test and it said it was negative. my bf said that since i have cysts on my overies that it could give me a false negative reading that it had happened to his sons mom. is that true? what should i do?

Ovarian cysts may cause irregular periods. But if pregnancy occurs , it will not cause faise negative pregnancy result.
In a woman with irregular periods . because of chances of conception late in the cycle , the pregnancy test result may show positive result later.
Now you can repeat your pregnancy test, along with Ultrasonogram pelvis under your gynaecologist guidance.Take care.
