Will Cough, Running Nose And Sore Throat Cause Cancer In A Smoker?
I am currently 19 this year. I recently picked up smoking 1 year ago. 4 days ago, i started having a very bad cough, running nose, sore throat. And i am burping alot, alot more than usual. Do i have lung cancer? I am very worried. Please reply me ASAP.

Hello,
It will be a simple respiratory tract infection probably viral in origin. These are not signs of cancer and nothing much to worry about it. As a first line management antihistamine like cetirizine can be taken. If you are worried you can go for a CT scan to rule out lesions in the lung.
