Will Central Echogenic Stroma On Ovaries Cause Infertility Problem?

Hello sir,
I have got ultrasound scanning done for pelvis to asses uterus and Adnexa.
And my report results says that : " Both ovaries show multiple peripherally arranged follicles with central echogenic stroma. Endometrial echo measures 6mm. Both ovaries are normal in size and echo texture. Right ovary measures 39 x 19 mm and the left ovary measures 25 x 16 mm. No free fluid in the abdomen and pelvis. "

No thyroid problem, no diabetes. My periods are regular, my height is 5 ft 4 inches and my weight is 54kgs.

Sir/madam, can you please explain what's my report is? Is there any serious? I'm really scared. Do I need to go for any surgery? Do I get any infertility problems? Please help/tell me.
Thanks to all in advance.

The ultrasound findings that you report are completely normal. Echogenic stroma just means that the interior of the ovary reflects the ultrasound waves as expected. The measurements, follicles and everything else are completely normal. Your height weight and normal periods are good as well. You don't have anything to worry about. I hope this was helpful, please let me know if you have any more questions.
