Will Bruise Create An Issue Before Knee Replacement Surgery?

I am scheduled for knee replacement surgery and was told to be careful not to scratch or cut my leg. I didn't break the skin, but I banged my knee and have a small almost unnoticeable bruise. It happened 1 week ago and I have 5 days until surgery. Is this likely to be an issue?

hello,
since the bruise is very small and its been already a week old injury its unlikely to hamper with your surgery. u also have another five days for your surgery.
u can apply ICE PACKS 5-6 times a day to further reduce the bruise.
u need not worry at all and all the best for your surgery
