Will Bowel Syndrome Has Any Relationship With Back Pain?
the other day i was brushing my teeth in the morning, getting ready for work, when i suddenly i had a horrific pain
in my lower back, along the rectal area, so severe it actually pyralized me from the pain, scale 1-10 it was an 11!
very similar to when i was about to deliver a baby, lasted 1/2 hr..i wanted to scream out from the pain but held back
felt like i would faint from the pain, i made it to my bed, managed to lie down, very difficult to do! my grandson put
heating pad, help little, then had urge to use restroom, made it there pain was subsiding a little, finally had bowel movement and pain was gone!..i am 68 yrs old. had a colonoscopy last yr. have irritatable bowel syndrome

I had gone through the case and found that pain might be due to constipation which causes flatulence and relief after passing stool.
Pain can also be due to muscle spasm due to sudden turning of body which relieved after using heating pad.
But try to avoid constipation by taking fiber and take water.
