I've been on birth control for a few months, but just recently, maybe the past week, I've been hungry practically every minute of the day. I can't stop eating and I've gained a little bit of weight. What should I do to make this constant hunger go away?
Increase in appetite is a side effect of hormonal changes which is quite common and expected since you recently began birth control. I do not think this is abnormal, but the only option left here is a mind over body control of your intake and nothing more. As long as you are on birth control, this increase in appetite shall prevail.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
