Will Advil Assist In Healing Headaches, Dizziness And Bump Formed On Head After Injury?

I hit my head on the freezer door. I immediately fell back to the ground. I can t tell if I have a bump or not but where I hit, my hair really hurts. I m icing it now. My eyes keep watering and I honestly just want to lay down. My head really hurts and I am a little dizzy.Can I take advil for the pain?

Advil is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug and it relieves pain and headache. It will not act against dizziness.
In your case since these symptoms are following injury they will resolve. If dizziness persist and other symptoms indicating head injury like vomiting, nausea.... appear, you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment depending on the underlying cause.
