Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
After rushing to make my Dr s appointment yesterday, for a little acne problem, they took my BP and it was 102 over 82. I complain to my doctor about my constant tiredness, but he just laughs it off (like people would kill for your blood pressure ). I am a 74 yr old femaleand it gets harder to get things done (I live by myself). Any drugs or OTC meds I can take to be less tired? Could a low dose of Adderal help? My heart rate is 50 ! Erika
It is possible to solve your tiredness with little care. Your blood pressure is little low.
Keep your self hydrated. Drink frequent fruit juice and water. Another thing can be low iron and vitamin levels. Add on iron, folic acid, calcium and multivitamin supplements after checking their level in your body. Try to take sound sleep and high fiber diet.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Neha Bavarva,
