Will Accelerated Neuro Recovery Be Effective For Drug Addiction?

My brother is an addict of Opium, Heroin, Poppy husk. The doctor has prescribed him Bupin among other medicines, but he seems to be on high always. Cant think straight and speak properly. Is this a normal? I even read about accelerated neuro recovery. How effective is the process?

Hi,

Though Bupin contains an opioid buprenorphine, it does not cause a high like other opioids, if taken as prescribed. There is a possibility that your brother may be injecting Bupin instead of taking it orally. Accelerated neuro-regulation is a method of detoxification from opioids and requires trained doctors and intensive care setting. It is quite effective if done properly.

Best wishes.
