Hello!
Yea a low calorie diet will help. It is math. You will lose weight if you burn more calories than you consume. So a low calorie diet will be good but remember you need to consume proteins such as fish, egg, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, chicken a lot of fruits and vegetables. So when you lose weight you will conserve muscles which are very important and you will lose fat. Try to cut out carbohydrates such as : white rice, white bread, spaghetti , cookies, desserts and above all cut out totally fats/lipids , saturated fats such as butter. Try to consume fats from fish ex salmon, nuts. Because good lipids are important in order to absorb vitamin, D, E, K, A for gastrointestinal tract which are liposolubile vitamins.
Best regards.
