Will A Good Diet Makes A Normal Count Of Liver?

Hi i am a 24yr old male, i have a liver test coming up for a new job that depends on it, i used to be a heavy daily drinker of about 6-10 cans a night (I know, stupid!!!) . That was up until september, between then until november 19th i had 2 binge nights and have been teetotal since then. I have taken milk thistle daily and drank lots of water, coffee and green tea, and am now eating alot of fruit and veg. Im trying to see if my levels would have gone back to normal levels when i take the test in 2 weeks? it would be 3 months with no alchohol and what i have done above. Please give me your opinion and what previous tests suggests of timescales. Thanks

advice:
abstinence from "Alcohol and drugs"
- LOW fat diet should be followed
- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports).
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- walk 30 to 40 minutes everyday.
- or swimming is alternative to walking
- NO sports and NO jogging
