Will a birth control pill after unprotected sex ensure no pregnancy ?

hi i am starting my first birth control pill tonight if i have unprotected sex now will i get pregnant or will tonights pill cover for it hi, i am taking my first birth control pill tonight. if i have unprotected sex now, will i get pregnant or will tonight s pill cover for it? ive never taken birth control before.

You need to take added protection for the first month of starting the bc pills.You are protected from the second month onwards.
