Will Pityriasis rosea effect pregnancy?

I developed Pityriasis rosea about two weeks ago. I know I just have to wait it out but I am wondering if it will have any affect on pregnancy. We are trying to have a baby and I would be in the implantation stage as of last week. I do not know if I am pregnant or not but I just need to know if this rash will affect tpregnancy so early in the stage.

Hello dear thanks for trusting Health care magic.
No active treatment needed as it is idiopathic and occurs in pregnancy more frequently.
