Will NAC Pill, Men's Multivitamin And Ester C Have Any Side Effects?

Hello Dr.?: I am a 23 YO male with no current illness/disease and I'm curious about the possible problems that could occur from my daily supplemental intake. I read an article about NAC and it's possible interference with normal oxygen regulation.

Daily I currently take: 1 NAC pill (600mg from vitamin shoppe), 1 Men's multivitamin (Target brand), 1 ester C (to balance the NAC + additional Vit. C).

I haven't experienced any side effects and I've been on this regime for over 4 months. Thank you in advance for your input!

Your question about NAC may be more related to the fact that there is a serious interaction between NAC and nitroglycerin. There is also caution with asthma or anyone with an artificial windpipe.

Please write me back if further queries or problems.
