It is not necessary for baby to suffer from thalassemia
if one parent is thalassemic trait.Chances are only 25% ,not more than that.You can have normal baby if you put & continue efforts.Gestational diabetes
can be managed ,& hemoglobin
can be raised with blood transfusion
or inject able iron.It is good you are taking vitamin D & calcium .
You can go for stem cell
preservation for your baby ,if at all he suffers from thalassemia
