Will Azifast 500mg Cause Gastric Problems?

I am using Azifast 500mg tablets twice a week for three weeks now for my Acne problem. I have another week to go to complete the dose. and I feel my stomach is upset when I take these tablets. I also feel I have a gastric trouble. Is it because of this medicine? Also, will this medicine affect the menstrual cycle?
