Hi Pitter!
I read carefully your inquiry.
I suppose your baby had diarrhea and for this reason you did her this test.
The presence of leukocytes(pus cells),mucus and bacteria in her test results shows that she has an bacterial infection of her bowels and this is the reason of her diarrhea.

In this case your doctor (pediatrician ) should prescribe you an antibiotic and treat carefully the dehydration due to diarrhea.
Considering the fact that infants are very susceptible in their first months of life because their digestive tract is sterile at birth and after it start to be colonized by bacteria that enter to digestive tract by food. These infections may occur until the bacterial flora of your baby digestive tract is stabilized.

Wishing good health to your baby.
Take care.
