Take Iron tablets preferrably at night and ONLY after meal, within 1/2 hour. Don't take Iron and calcium tablets together at a time. The vomiting can be because of the iron tablets irritating empty stomach. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. If you vomit again you may need to find out if there is bleeding in the stomach. Get your Haemoglobin estimated after Iron treatment.
