Why Was My Heart Beating Very Fast After An Argument?
I was sitting on the chair and was a little upset because of a disagreement my husband and I had, I could feel my heart beating very fast and got realy short of breath , I got a very bad pain in my left leg and left hand . I thought I was gonna die at that point but it subsided . I stand up and my heart started to pound again , it took a while but it stopped

this is might because of anxiety but you should go for ecg and a echocardiography to rule out any organic heart problem
