Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Such presentation is a hallmark of vaginal discharge pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) with or without urinary tract infection (UTI). You need hygiene rehab, metronidazole, topical hypoallergenic hygiene gels, cranberry juices, garlic intake, and last but not the least consult with a gynecologist. Coitus and toilet techniques need to be learned and issues will resolve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shafi Ullah Khan
