Why There Were Leucocytes And Rbc In My Mother's Stool?

hi doctor, my mom is suffering from motions, abdominal pain, gas since so many years. recently she's feeling severe burning sensation in stomach. today in her stool analysis everything's normal but it contained 1 or 2 leucocytes and 1 or 2 rbc. may i know what's her problem?
