Hi, I m 12 years old, and getting a few weird marks on my body. The first one, noticeable a month ago between my wrist and elbow, resembled a burn, but the skin did not peel. It just turned red yesterday (1/4/2014) and there are small purple dots running up my arm that aren t noticeable unless compared to my left (healthy) arm. The second and third marks appeared at random - the first one, just above my left kneecap, resembles the first stage of the mark on my right arm. The second one, just below my left hip, seems to be returning to normal skin color. Today (1/5/2014) the red on the mark on my elbow seems to be fading, but I can t be sure. I m going to a doctor tomorrow or the day after, but am wanting to know exactly what to tell the doctor, and of course what these marks are.
