Why There Is Puss Filled Bump On The Tip Of My Penis?

Hi I had a bump toward the tip of my penis and I popped it. Almost a orange puss came out like a blackout head style string of puss not a watery pimple puss. Came put a lil orange but towards end it was white. I have only been with one girl and she has only been with me. What is going on?

Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have developed Periurethral abscess over tip of your penis .

You need to do swab test and culture of the pus to detect causative organisms and antibiotic to which they are sensitive to .
.
In the mean while start taking Augmentin along with Diclofenac twice daily and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
