hello and welcome, I understand that you are having bleeding after menopause. Irrespective of what precipitates the bleed, we call it post menopausal bleeding. The most common cause is estrogen deficiency leading to atrophy of the uterine and vaginal lining This produces a condition called senile endometritis and leads to bleed. Other causes may be cervical lesions. Cancer of the cervix and endometrium are other rare causes that may produce bleeding. So the best thing is to get an examination by a gynecologist, an ultrasound and an endometrial biopsy. The biopsy is most important in arriving at a diagnosis.
