Why There Is A Sudden Change In Body Temperature After Lying Down In Bed?

About 2 minutes after I lay down in bed I get extremely warm no matter the temperature or time of year. I throw off the blanket (or sheet), and after a minute or two I m cold and need to cover up. Then I can fall asleep. Why is this happening. I have already gone through my change of life.

Hi. Rare though. The blankets entrap your own body heat to make you feel you warm. Once you throw off the heat is releases for you to feel cold.
