Why The Clogged Gooey Mess Is Still In My Ear?

My ear feels clogged and the only way to clear it out is to shoot warm water into my ear. I had a bad ear infection that was around for a few months because I didn't have time to see a doctor. It no longer hurts but every other day my ear feels clogged again. If I put a qtip in, a yellowish green sticky substance comes out. I finally saw a doctor and he said I have a eustachian dysfunction and that I would need to use nasones and singulair. I have been using those but the clogged gooey mess is still in my ear.

As per your complain it seems that you have an ear infection and the yellowish green sticky substance seems to be pus..
Clogged feeling inside ear seems to be due to fluid accumulation in the Eustachian tubes..
Nasones and Singulair can help in opening the ears by decongesting bit to relieve the infection you need to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and Otoscopic examination of ears and advise you to take a course of antibiotics like Augmentin and Anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen along with decongestant Oral as well as Nasal drops.
You can also be advised surgical drainage of the pus as well as placement of Pressure Equalization tubes..
