Hi,

At 22 weeks it may be difficult to see everything clearly on scan ,this could be because the baby's position is such that it makes visualization of heart difficult.
It does not mean that something is abnormal.Unless the heart is visualized fully and correctly a diagnosis can be made.

It would be advisable for you to get a scan done at 24 weeks ,and, if at all something abnormal is noticed you could go for further Scan called fetal 2D Echo and also show to a fetal medicine specialist.

Regards.
