Why Should Quinapril, Carvedilol And Hydralazine Be Taken For High BP?
My mother has been prescribed Quinapril 20mg - 2 times/day, Cardedilol 12.5mg - 1 time a day, Hydralazene 10mg - 3 times a day, and Hydralazene 25mg - 3 times a day. Why would she need multiple blood pressure medications? Never mind, I didn t think I would have to pay for this information.

She may be having uncontrolled hypertension that may be difficult to control with single drug therapy. Moreover Quinapril and Hydralazine prevent kidney remodeling and prevent future complications. If you are concerned with multiple drugs you can try combination drugs of same formulation available in the store.
