Why Red Blotches Break Out On My Chest And Back While I Am Stressed Out?

Hi im 16 years old and im a female. I have been having a lot of stress lately and every time I get really stressed I brake out in red bloches on my chest and back. Sometimes when I take a hot shower its hard for me to breath. What do you think is with me?
