Why My Lower Jaw Has Become Shaky After The Car Accident ?

HI, I was in a car accident a few days ago. I was in a friends car and she lost control so the right side of the car slammed into the mountain. Today my lower jaw has all of a sudden become very shaky. It all started when I rested my chin on my hand. I was just wondering what it could be? By the way I am not cold.
