My knee dislocates quite often, I don t notice untill I stand up and it moves and pops back in, but it dosent cause me any pain. Is this posing any danger to me or my health?

Hello.
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic forum.
The popping sound you hear is not due to knee dislocation but is rather a sign of aging. Due to gradually reducing lubricant levels in the knee joint the sound is heard. If there is no pain then no treatment is needed. Otherwise take pain killers.
