Why My Father's Sugar Level Come Random Every Month ?
I wanna ask question about my father who is a diabetic patient from last 4 5 years. he is 55 years of age I wanna ask that his sugar level come random every month when he got check it so tell me why it is like so.

you should know that what a random is . if you take blood at any time,irrespective of meal, it is called random sample.so if you want to know blood sugar level ,every month, you take,either fasting or after two hours after meal.

I didnt get your question are you saying why random blood glucose level is done or any change in the values of your father? The random blood glucose level means checking the blood glucose levels at presenting to the lab. Unlike fasting level or after food levels.

Hi and welcome to healthcare magic!! From what i have understood you want to know why different levels come each time you check your father's blood sugar levels. It depends on the time when you take the sample and also time of medications. You can maintain a chart of fasting blood sugar levels for a month taken at intervals of 2-3 days and at the end see the variations and consult a doctor.
